For a leading multinational company, we are looking for an energetic and strategic team player who will be in charge of:

• IT SOURCING CONTRACTS

Involved in a major technological transformation process, responsible for managing vendors and contract management topics once the provider is selected.

He / She interacts regularly with vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels, consulting on projects, enabling decisions, managing contracts, and ensuring contract compliance, monitoring contractual deliverables and obligations, as well as contractual change requests.

• Support development and manage, coordinate global sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders
• Establish a single source of information for supplier Master Service Agreements, Appendices, all Statements of Work, ensuring version control across the contract lifecycle
• Administer supplier contracts and initiate changes, modifications, and extensions to existing contracts
• Work collaboratively with Procurement and Legal departments
• Contribute to standardized systems and controls for procurement, including RFI, RFP, RFQ documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria
• Monitor the execution of the governance framework across strategic, tactical, and operational meetings, reviewing governance effectiveness
• Conduct annual supplier audits
• Review and administer IT and IT outsourcing contracts, including managing changes, finalizing change requests, transfer agreements, and contractual amendments in close collaboration with Legal and IT Security
• Define and oversee contractual deliverables & obligations, support, coordinate, and resolve contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os, and define KPIs to measure supplier contract compliance and performance
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers' contract managers and assist in contract negotiations
• Support the development, planning, organization, and implementation of IT contracting and sourcing strategies to increase operational efficiency and profitability
• Contribute to global projects and initiatives related to contracting and IT sourcing

• 5-7 years of experience in IT sourcing and supplier management, including managing external contracts
• Degree in economics, business administration, Information Technology, or related fields, preferably with a focus on contracting and purchasing activities
• Negotiation experience with IT suppliers and service providers
• Qualifications in project management, data analysis, and contract law are preferred
• Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in English, both speaking and writing
