As a Junior Operations & Performance Monitoring, you will be part of Plenitude On the Road. Specifically, the Technical Operations & Performance Monitoring team, which monitors and maintains the electric vehicle charging infrastructure of the Charging Point Operator (CPO) Plenitude On the Road.

• Test and validate new HW and SW technologies, using specific procedures that you will help write and keep updated; test and validate FW updates on HW technologies already implemented
• Monitor the functioning of charging infrastructures in operations in order to intercept anomalies and manage them in the most appropriate way
• Communicate with HW and SW technology suppliers to raise issues, request clarifications, evaluate development opportunities, and provide technical insights.
• Assist in data analysis and research for new correlations to support the TOPMO team\'s activities
• Carry out second-level on-call activities.

• Master\'s Degree in STEM Field
• Maximum 3 years of experience gained in similar roles
• Excellent computer skills and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
