Field Installation Supervisor – Rail Signaling & Team Lead
Job summary
A leading railway company is hiring an Installation Field Supervisor to oversee installation works and manage installation teams. The role requires good knowledge of railway signalling and construction techniques, as well as strong communication skills. Candidates should be willing to travel frequently, with availability to work in various locations including Bologna, Florence, and Rome. This is a full-time position aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
Qualifications
- Managerial experience required.
- Good knowledge of construction techniques.
- Knowledge of EHS compliance and railway safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor installation works as per the project plan.
- Manage and organize installation team and subcontractors.
- Plan installation activities based on project handover.
