A leading railway company is hiring an Installation Field Supervisor to oversee installation works and manage installation teams. The role requires good knowledge of railway signalling and construction techniques, as well as strong communication skills. Candidates should be willing to travel frequently, with availability to work in various locations including Bologna, Florence, and Rome. This is a full-time position aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion within the workforce.

Competenze

• Managerial experience required.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques.

Mansioni

• Prepare and monitor installation works as per the project plan.
• Manage and organize installation team and subcontractors.
• Plan installation activities based on project handover.

Hiring for: Installation Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Preparation and monitoring of the installation works described in the Project Installation Management Plan
• Management and organization of the installation team / activities and / or subcontractors.
• Planning and scheduling installation activities as per handover from installation to T&C.
• Secure requirements from the interface of installation and construction activities
• EHS compliance

Knowledge and Experience

• Good knowledge of railway signalling and possibly also related technologies
• Knowledge of construction techniques
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationship and team working attitude
• Spirit of initiative and good skills in managing field and executive problems
• Knowledge of railway safety rules, EHS compliance and AZDP process
• Ability to move independently in a constantly evolving context and to work away even for long periods
• Managerial experience required

Mandatory Requirements

Availability to travel and work in the field, also 5 days per week.

We can hire in our sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome.
