A leading global transportation company is seeking an RSC Regional Platform Cost & Competitiveness Manager for their Savigliano site in Italy. The role involves managing competitiveness plans, ensuring the completeness of reference libraries, and supporting tendering activities. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Railway industry along with an engineering degree and strong project management skills. Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset are essential.

For Platforms we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RSC Regional Platform Cost & Competitiveness Manager at Savigliano site in Italy
In charge for his Platform of :
Prepare and present Ref Lib reviews (with Competitiveness Director and Ref Lib manager), according to the standards and the calendar defined
Mandatory: Engineering degree and/or Business School
Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in industry
o Project Management and / or Industry background
o Ability to recognize product and associated costs, and understand operational flows (engineering, manufacturing, industrial, etc)
o Understanding of basic enterprise internal processes: Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Quality and their interfaces…
o Sufficient awareness of financial rules and contractual aspects (bonds & guarantees, …)
o Good communication skill (presentations, synthesis, relationship with contributors ...)
o Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
o Fluent in English: spoken and written
o Results and data driven, Design to Cost spirit
o Rigorous, able to give structure to a collective team work
o Leadership to achieve results and benefits
o Collaborative management, facilitating team working, able to drive a collective team work
