A global leader in transportation seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to manage various HR processes and prioritize business needs within a multicultural environment. This role is critical for compliance with employment laws while fostering effective labor-management relations. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, as well as fluency in English and Italian, are essential. The position requires frequent travel (60%) between sites in Italy.

The resource could be based on one of our main site (Sesto San Giovanni-MI; Nola-NA; Rome; Savigliano-CN) and available to 60% of the time in business trip.
