Position
This role supports the headquartered Administration & Consolidation accounting function, ensuring reliability and compliance of financial data across foreign entities (branches and subsidiaries) in more than 35 countries.
Main Activities:
* Coordinate and monitor monthly accounting data from foreign branches and subsidiaries
* Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection, validation and reconciliation, in line with Group deadlines
* Support the monthly/quarterly closings by uploading data, preparing journals, reconciliation and reporting
* Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks where needed, especially during the initial phase of the transition
* Collaborate actively with Group Consolidation, Controlling and Tax functions
* Maintain frequent interaction with local finance teams and external consultants
* Contribute to the harmonization, efficiency and compliance of accounting processes across geographies
* Carry out data entry and reconciliation activities where needed to support foreign hubs or cover temporary local gaps
* Travel occasionally abroad for alignment with local teams, onboarding, or support during key closings or projects
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, or, alternatively, other educational backgrounds may be considered if supported by experience in structured or international companies
* More than 5 years in accounting roles, preferably in multinational or international settings
* Understanding of Local GAAP and IFRS
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
* Availability to travel
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tagetik, etc.) as a plus.
