What You Can Expect From Us...

• Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-end
• Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stability
• Engage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflows
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectives
• Assume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platform
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond
  
  

What We Would Expect From You...

• Proficiency in frontend technologies, such as VueJs, SolidJs, ReactJS, or AngularJs
• Proficiency in Server-Side Frameworks: Node.js with Express
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
• Ability to design scalable, distributed systems with high availability
• Demonstrated openness to embrace and adapt to new technology trends
• Experience working collaboratively in agile teams.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
• Strong desire to tackle complex technical questions
• Possess a DevOps mentality with a sense of ownership in building and running applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
