The Warehouse Scheduler will be responsible for planning and monitoring warehouse and production activities, ensuring timely execution and material availability. This role will work closely with Production, Service, and Purchasing teams to maintain an efficient operational flow.

Your Responsibilities
  • Production Scheduling: Create and maintain a detailed production schedule based on subassemblies and service kits plans.
  • Work Orders: Release manufacturing work orders and perform bi-daily material feasibility analysis to meet production and service delivery timelines.
  • Schedule Adherence: Monitor schedule compliance, identify root causes for deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Provide updates on production capacity and material availability to Production and Service Planners.
  • Material Requests: Coordinate material transfers from other warehouses or provide input to buyers.
  • Returns Management: Support warehouse operations for service materials returned from the field.
  • Spare Parts Shipping: Ensure adherence to shipping cut-offs and assist in issue resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Verify warehouse cycle counts and perform system adjustments as needed.
Your Background
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with SAP.
  • Experience with WMS systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, strong prioritization skills, curiosity, flexibility, teamwork, and collaboration.
