1. Craft accessible and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile platforms through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
2. Drive user research to collect actionable insights and make data-informed design decisions.
3. Own and evolve our design system in partnership with the development team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
4. Collaborate with developers during all design phases. At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs.
5. Influence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations.
6. You are a visual storyteller: You have strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design.
7. You are collaborative: Instead of working in isolation, you prefer to involve different stakeholders throughout your process.
8. You are a clear communicator: You express your ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
9. You are decisive and autonomous: You are able to apply learnings and change course quickly, while balancing quality and velocity.
10. You are pragmatic: You know when we don’t need to reinvent the wheel and can follow industry standards, and when to break them to innovate.

1. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in designing digital products, working hands-on from ideation to implementation.
3. A strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements.
4. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. English is our official company language since we are a diverse and multicultural team. Italian is always a plus!
5. Experience with user research practices and methodologies.
6. Good understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. We don’t expect you to code, but you should be able to communicate effectively with our engineering team.
7. Proficiency in working with Figma and other design software.
8. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
