As a Field Engineer, you will work with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the sales of specific products like anchors fixings, installation systems, direct fastening, firestop, and fire protection systems.

This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products and securing their specifications in the designs.

You will then communicate these product specifications from design teams to sales teams, assisting account managers with their conversion into sales. This includes visiting job sites to assess design problems and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, support, and adding value with Hilti products.

You will have at your disposal all the tools you need to achieve exceptional results:

• software to support the design
• coaching activities
• training moments in both the classroom and the field

You will be responsible for your own customer platform, which may include:

• freelancers
• engineering and architecture technical firms
• companies

You will demonstrate your skills through increasing responsibilities and grow professionally through continuous contact with sector professionals. Your Field Engineer Manager will support you in complex negotiations and help you succeed.

• Master's Degree in Building or Civil Engineering - familiarity with BIM is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
• Good problem-solving skills
• Solid communication, relational skills, and team spirit
• Ability to work towards goals and projects
• Determination, desire to learn, and engagement
