• 12-hour Shifts:
  • Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Unit: Long-Term Care and Rehab Nursing
• Patient Population: Sub-acute and long-stay patients requiring rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.
• Duration: 16 weeks

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for rehab and long-term care patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients' recovery and long-term health goals.
• Document care in EMR

• Certifications:
  • BLS
• Experience:
  • Must have prior rehab/LTC nursing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a large teaching facility required.
  • Travel nursing experience preferred.

• No block schedules permitted.
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle required (public transportation not accessible).
• All employment history information must be complete, including dates, bed count, EMR, and facility type.

• Bi-weekly orientations every Monday.

• 2 miles or less from UVM Hospital, grocery stores, restaurants, and more.
