Job Description
- Participation in the acquisition project team as design manager
- Implementation of new plant layouts according to the requirements of the development and sales department and/or company directives
- Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
- Responsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorisation and company directives
- Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards
- Collection and verification of conformity certificates for materials, installations, components
- Drafting of the plant use and maintenance manual
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or master ( mechanical, structural, energetic, environmental)
- At least 5 years of experience in comparable function in the energy, environmental technology, renewable energies or in similar industry
- Experience of inter-disciplinary project teams
- Experience with engineering details: mechanical layouts, fluid dynamics, materials, piping, sensors.
- Good user knowledge of engineering tools, such as P&IDs, AutoCad, Revit/Inventor, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Italian (mother language), English B2+, additional possibly German or French.
- Reliability and accountability
- Proven problem solving skills, ability to consider complex multidisciplinary aspects of problems
- Competence and ability to take decisions within the frame defined by company processes.
