We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Delivery team. In this role, you will leverage your experience to analyze business processes, gather critical requirements, and to support the implementation of key projects through the creation of documentation, System Test and UATs. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
- Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements management, and data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Strong knowledge of the Office suite
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL and related programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Skilled on one or more BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Knowledge on one or more cloud suite (e.g. Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying interests
- Experience ensuring that business requirements are met within timelines and budgets
