Responsibilities

• Craft accessible and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile platforms through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Drive user research to collect actionable insights and make data-informed design decisions.
• Own and evolve our design system in partnership with the development team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers during all design phases. At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs.
• Influence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations.
• Be a visual storyteller : You have strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design.
• Be collaborative : Involve different stakeholders throughout your process.
• Communicate clearly : Express your ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and give and receive constructive feedback effectively.
• Be decisive and autonomous : Apply learnings and change course quickly, while balancing quality and velocity.
• Be pragmatic : Know when to follow industry standards and when to innovate by breaking them.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in designing digital products, working hands-on from ideation to implementation.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus!
• Experience with user research practices and methodologies.
• Good understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. You don’t need to code but should communicate effectively with engineers.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design software.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
