- Prepare and record vendor invoices customer payments and bank transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- Support monthly and annual closing activities ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Other related finance duties and responsibilities (e.g. inventory cashier expenses)
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with SAP is a plus
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail reliability and ability to meet deadlines
