- Work at the reception during day and night.

- You work in the day and night service at the reception
- You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in and check-out
- You answer telephone and personal guest enquiries and provide information about local excursions, sights and additional services
- You prepare hot and cold drinks as well as snacks
- You ensure cleanliness in the bar and reception area
- The interaction with our guests is fun for you
- You are a reliable person, capable to work in a team
- You are motivated, dynamic and flexible
- You don’t mind working on shifts even from 6am in the morning, weekends or during holidays
- If you have previous experience in the tourism field or guest relations, involved work experience is a plus
- Your knowledge of Italian and English will enable you to have a conversation with our guests
