The role involves:
- Welcoming customers and supporting them during the purchasing decision process
- Performing small cash operations
- Managing product placement in the store
- Checking stock levels
- Maintaining store orderliness
Offer: Apprenticeship contract under the CCNL Commercio, including 13th and 14th month bonuses.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Age up to 29 years (apprenticeship age)
Additional qualities include seriousness and availability.
The work schedule is part-time, 24 hours weekly, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, typically between 07:30 and 20:30, with possible overtime.
Employment level: CCNL Commercio, initial apprenticeship aimed at employment.
Work hours: Shift work, usually not split, with possible weekend rotations.
