To carry forward our mission we are looking for an AI Innovation and Integration Lead to join our team.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product vision and priorities.
• Definition and implementation of the AI strategy: identify opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence in business processes and develop a strategic roadmap for AI adoption.
• Integration guidance: plan and oversee the integration of AI solutions into the company's existing systems and processes.
• AI team management: coordinate a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, data scientists, software engineers, and other experts, supporting their professional growth and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
• Continuous innovation: collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore emerging technologies and innovative solutions that can enhance the company's competitive advantage.
• Optimization of business processes: work closely with operational teams and key departments to optimize existing business processes through AI solutions.
• Performance monitoring: establish success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of artificial intelligence initiatives on the organization.
• Training and development: promote a culture of technological innovation through training and development of AI skills within the organization.
• Change management: ensure that AI integration projects are aligned with business goals and support change management to facilitate adoption at all levels of the organization.

• Understanding of AI concepts and activities to a level that allows to operate smoothly or a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in technology innovation roles, digital strategy, or AI project management, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence principles and techniques (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, etc.), as well as hands-on experience in integrating AI solutions in business contexts.
• Ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and work in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.
• Ability to think strategically and innovatively, with a deep understanding of technological trends and market opportunities.
• Communication skills: Italian and English, written and spoken (C1).

• Postgraduate certificates or PhD in related fields.
• Previous experience in large-scale project management.
• Previous experience abroad.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
