Overview

Join our multicultural Customer Service team in Europe! We’re looking for Italian-speaking professionals passionate about helping sellers and improving their online business performance in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll be part of a global e-commerce project supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support sellers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information and sales guidance.
• Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve seller performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2+).
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
