A railway technology company in Savigliano is seeking a Work Package Controller to ensure the accuracy of costs and financial reporting. You will support work package owners in financial management and prepare cost reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with project teams. This position offers an opportunity to advance in a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• Supports the Work Package Owner in the financial management of his Work Package.
• Calculate the WP costs since Situation 0.
• Review and analyze WP working capital (inventories in particular).

Mansioni

• Ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP’s package.
• Prepare and review WP Report: Actuals & cost at completion.
• Provide all WP finance reporting (WP Reporting in particular).

Purpose of the Job

• To ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP’s package.
• To ensure that WP QCD commitment is properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basis.
• Supports the Work Package Owner in the controlling/financial management of his Work Package and helps in identifying risks in advance.

Position in the Organisation

The WPC is member of Finance organization.

The WPC reports hierarchically to the Head of WPC.

Performance Measurement

• Ensure accuracy of Quality and Costs data.
• To review and validate in full transparency the QCD performance reported in the WP vs the commitment to be delivered.
• Checks input for the Reference library loop-back process for the cost elements.
• Respect of ALSTOM rules & processes.
• Quality of variance analysis.
• Reporting is accurate and on time.
• Satisfaction of WP owners.

Responsabilities

• Support the Work Package Owner in the financial management of his Work Package.
• Support the WP Owner in the WP Review with the project/Platform.
• Calculate the WP costs since Situation 0.
• Prepare and review WP Report: Actuals & cost at completion, ensure individual risks are properly assessed and mitigation plans in place.
• Review and analyse WP working capital (inventories in particular).
• Provide all WP finance reporting (WP Reporting in particular).
• Is the interface with the Project Controller (Region) for all WP financial issues.
