About TutorYou

TutorYou is an IB (International Baccalaureate) and IGCSE Tutoring and University Consulting company, established in 2014, in which students play the main role. TutorYou’s philosophy is based on ‘Students Helping Students’ as we strongly believe in ‘peer to peer’ relationships and communication.

TutorYou started as a tutoring company for the International Baccalaureate, where recently graduated IB students tutor current students. This model quickly gained popularity as we match each of our top graduate tutors with the most appropriate student to provide unique, tailored educational support for every client. We currently have around 600 tutors, coming from top Universities around the world and we offer year-round tutoring as well as revision courses, the main three being our Spring, Summer and Fall Revision Courses. We also work closely with Italian and International schools and in January 2017, we became a registered UCAS centre.

We currently work with around 200 universities and promote the educational programmes of our Partner Institutions organising workshops as well as Mini University Fairs in Italian and International High Schools, which provide a great opportunity for students to meet both University representatives and our tutors.

What You’ll Do

1. Partnership Development & Management

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with universities, secondary schools, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain consistent communication to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Identify new institutional opportunities aligned with organisational priorities and student needs.
• Monitor partnership performance and implement improvements based on clear objectives and metrics.

2. University Application Services Oversight

• Supervise the delivery of university application support, ensuring high-quality guidance and timely service.
• Coordinate with advisors, counsellors, and academic teams to optimise processes across all application stages.
• Track outcomes and continuously refine the service offering using data-driven insights.

3. Event Planning & Execution

• Lead the organisation of educational events including University Fairs, workshops, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
• Manage event logistics from planning to post-event reporting, ensuring strong attendance and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and represent the organisation professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in education, customer service, or related fields.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Nice to Have

• Having completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.
• Experience working with schools, universities, or other educational institutions.
• Background in event planning or project coordination.
• Additional languages.
• Proficiency in using a CRM.
