A hospitality management company in Milano is seeking a Maintenance Employee to oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities. Responsibilities include ordinary maintenance tasks, managing suppliers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have strong knowledge of maintenance systems, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. This position requires proficiency in Italian and may include shift work.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of all fixtures and fittings of the hotel.
• Good knowledge of security devices.
• Basic knowledge of English language is desirable.
• Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, or conditioning is a plus.

Mansioni

• Take care of ordinary maintenance according to the schedule.
• Check daily/weekly/monthly the maintenance checklists.
• Clean filters for the air conditioning system.
• Manage all hotel facilities maintenance.
• Manage hotel suppliers and warehouses.
• Assist with room maintenance and customer requests.

Primary Job Functions

1. To take care of ordinary maintenance according to the schedule
2. To check on a daily/weekly/monthly basis the checklists
3. To clean the filters for the air conditioning system
4. To care and maintenance of all hotel facilities (electric, hydraulic, conditioning)
5. To manage hotel suppliers
6. To manage hotel warehouses
7. To manage the ordinary maintenance (i.e.: to provide the necessary assistance for any problems that might arise in the rooms such as to replace a bulb, to fix the furniture, the washbasins (etc) and make it impeccable for the customers and to grant any help requests from the hotel staff).
