Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support covering Southern Europe. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Remote (Ideally at Florence, Rome or Napoli)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with sales teams to promote the transformation of business opportunities, completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
• Maintain timely communication with customers to solve pre-sales problems and provide solutions when necessary.
• Support the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
• Conduct dynamic research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industrial science and technologies.
• Travel for client meetings and company events when required.
• Support other business requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. / M.S. in molecular biology, genetics or related majors. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
• Outstanding listening, verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, pioneering spirit, able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Native language speaking is a big plus.
