In this role, you will be a key member of the Field Engineering team, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from advanced security automation solutions. You will work remotely in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment alongside highly technical peers across multiple time zones. Your focus will include providing technical support, delivering world‑class customer experiences, and contributing to solution adoption and improvement. You will influence product features based on customer needs, stay up‑to‑date with cybersecurity and automation trends, and represent the team at industry events. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and continuous learning, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on enterprise security operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Engage with customers to support successful adoption and use of automation solutions
