Overview

Technical Sales Senior Manager to join our international team based in Milan. In this role, you will identify, develop, and close business opportunities to grow Dassault Systèmes' footprint and meet revenue targets in the DELMIA brand domain. You will collaborate with customers across the Southeast Europe region to drive business growth and digital transformation. DELMIA offers solutions that bridge the virtual world of modeling and simulation with real-world operations, delivering measurable value across the supply chain—from suppliers and manufacturers to logistics and service operators.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in DELMIA operations and supply chain solutions
  • Lead a multi-location technical team focused on Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Scheduling across Southeast Europe
  • Effectively manage and guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes, aligning proposed solutions with business needs and KPI
  • Drive deal expansion by identifying process transformation opportunities that accelerate deal closure and ensure successful implementation
  • Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and support sales enablement activities
  • Respond to RFx and contribute to internal best practice sharing
  • Analyze and improve customer processes using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain processes (DELMIA APRISO preferred)
  • Experience managing multi-location technical teams
  • Ability to articulate business value and lead process transformation initiatives
  • Skilled in customer presentations and solution storytelling
  • Comfortable working autonomously on complex engagements and RFx responses
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Proven contribution to business development and opportunity generation
  • Fluency in English and Italian - another language will be a plus (Turkish preferably)
