For a Multinational Company we are seeking for a Talent Development Manager, responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the business goals of the Italian branch. This role oversees talent development and attraction, training and development and employee engagement, ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and lead on the implementation of comprehensive leadership and talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and in the context of a skills driven organisation.
  • Develop and implement acceleration strategies to strengthen the leadership pipelines for critical roles / skills and drive alignment and consistency.
  • Work closely with Talent Management to support top talent / successors identification in a skills driven organisation and to identify and implement assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and drive fairness.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and drive global consistency.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex and global leadership. development / strategy projects, ensuring alignment with the broader People Strategy.
  • Develop and implement a strategic talent management plan that supports the organization's objectives.
  • Ensure effective succession planning and talent pipeline development for key roles.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process and on boarding plan.
  • Oversee performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide career coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
  • Implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support the company’s growth and transformation.
  • Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs.
  • Support company on ENPS tracking , survey and people engagement and satisfaction.
  • Help to define and implement on welfare and benefit plan for employees.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership on talent metrics and trends.
Qualifications
  • Background in Leadership Development, talent management, succession planning, high potential identification.
  • Experience designing and assessing leadership competency models.
  • Project management.
  • Change management.
  • Data analysis.
  • Interpersonal skills: Effective to inspire and influence, and navigate in the matrix, creating strategic alliances.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, operating with adaptability.
  • English fluent.
Experience
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative Leadership and Top Talent / Successors.
  • Development strategies, solutions and value propositions.
  • Experience in Talent management and development in global organizations.
  • Strong background in change management in complex and matrix organizations.
  • Ability to identify and forge relationships with key business and HR stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate experience with data driven approaches to talent management.
  • Experience with Leadership and potential assessments.
  • Experience with skills driven organisation / learning.
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in similar role.
