A luxury hotel brand seeks a Switchboard Attendant in Venice to manage communications and enhance the guest experience. In this role, you will coordinate calls and provide personalized assistance, ensuring that every interaction embodies the elegance of the Orient Express brand. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in high-end hotels, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask seamlessly in a vibrant environment. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and familiarity with additional languages is highly desirable.
