Creanova is a leading B2B partner in Medical Device Development & Contract Manufacturing, specializing in innovative (electro-)medical devices.

For our facility in Como, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate and be responsible of the supply chain team, providing goals and operational priorities.
  • Analyze and understand ongoing projects, translating requirements into concrete actions.
  • Source, select, and manage strategic suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Manage and optimize BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Plan procurement and production, monitoring KPIs and deadlines.
  • Visit suppliers to verify production capacity, progress, and compliance with standards.
  • Interface with internal teams (+ departments), supporting their organization and giving directives.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient supply chain processes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain / procurement, preferably in medical or regulated environments.
  • Experience managing BOMs and materials planning.
  • Experience in coordinating people or teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Availability for business trips to suppliers.
