A leading PCB producer is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team. Based in Italy, the role requires overseeing European partner factories, improving quality and delivery performance, and conducting factory audits. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years experience in the PCB industry, excellent communication skills, and is willing to travel across Europe. Italy Factory Management We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new position for a Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d) willing to join us in becoming The Number 1 PCB Producer wherever we are.

NCAB is a worldwide leading supplier of printed circuit boards (PCBs), listed on NASDAQ Stockholm offering PCBs for demanding customers, on time with zero defects, produced sustainably at the lowest total cost. Since its foundation in 1993, NCAB has shown strong growth and today, has a local presence in 19 countries in Europe, Asia and North America.

As the Supplier Quality Engineer (f/m/d) for our European supply chain, you will be responsible for NCAB Group’s European partner factories and report to the Factory Manager Europe.

You can be based at our offices in Mornago (VA), Bassano del Grappa (VI) or at our German office in Munich.

Position

• Continuously improving the quality and delivery performance of our key European suppliers.
• Conducting regular factory visits fostering collaboration and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Organizing and leading monthly performance review meetings with European factories.
• Performing on-site audits to assess and reinforce suppliers compliance and performance.
• Handling complaints, RMAs and 8D reports and leading initiatives to enhance overall quality.
• Preparing and analysing quality and claims reports and developing improvement plans.
• Supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within the region.

Your profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the PCB industry and 3 years in quality assurance.
• Background in Aerospace and/or Automotive sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• A proactive, value-driven and collaborative approach to work, with a high level of professionalism.
• Based in Italy or in Europe with willingness to travel across Europe, fluent in English and Italian is a plus.
