A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Milano. In this role, you will provide strategic HR support to the Italian leadership team and oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an HR role, knowledge of Italian labor laws, and strong communication skills. This position is essential for driving the people strategy and enhancing employee engagement within the organization. A temporary contract for 12 months is offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
• Proven knowledge of HR operations and recruitment cycles.
• Solid understanding of Italian labor law.
