A leading technology company in Italy is seeking a Senior Controller to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data. Responsibilities include managing product cost accounting, analyzing variances, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, 5-8 years of experience in controlling, and knowledge of cost accounting principles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial and financial controlling.
• Knowledge of OIC / IFRS standards and consolidation processes.

Mansioni

• Manage product cost accounting and full industrial costing.
• Analyze variances, margins, and production KPIs.
• Handle monthly and quarterly closings with intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the management consolidation process.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and other departments for cost control.
• Improve information flows and analysis tools (ERP, BI, advanced Excel).
