Strategic Consulting Associate – Customer Operations & Sales

Join us at Customer Analytics Italia as a Strategic Consulting Associate. We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in customer operations and sales and have worked with more than 400 global companies.

Role Overview

As an Associate, you will support strategic initiatives focused on customer service operations and sales, working directly with the Engagement Manager on project tasks and deliverables. This client‑facing role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and contribute to client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Assist in managing end‑to‑end projects, including planning, research, data analysis, and the development of recommendations.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients, gather data, and support project updates, presentations, and workshops.
  • Data Analysis: Use Excel and other tools to extract insights, build models, and visualize data.
  • Deliverable Creation: Produce high‑quality deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations and reports.
  • Research & Knowledge Development: Stay current on industry trends and contribute to our intellectual property.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with team members, share insights, and support project execution.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
  • At least one year of experience in consultancy or a similar client‑facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in Excel modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations for client communication.
  • Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of customer operations best practices and industry trends is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages desirable.
