JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at Industrial HQ in Tuscany (Terranuova Bracciolini, AR). In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an excellent candidate experience by serving as a primary point of contact throughout the entire selection process. The internship offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full recruitment cycle and broader HR activities across various business areas (Leather Goods, Shoes, RTW, and Corporate functions), within a dynamic and international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Publish job ads on various platforms, screen CVs, organize and conduct phone/video interviews and prepare candidate evaluation reports.
  • Conduct active sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and internal/external databases.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate pipeline and recruitment process monitoring.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities and career services for employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates to stay in touch for future opportunities.
  • Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Master’s Degree in Work Psychology / Human Resources / Management or from humanities faculties.
  • Genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (previous experience in HR or Recruiting will be considered a plus).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
