Overview

Are You ready to make an impact?

As a Import Export Sr. Analyst you will be a part of Lenovo’s Global Import Export Compliance team and support the EMEA Import Export teams.

Responsibilities

• A working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance is required with focus in Italy
• Support the EMEA Import Export Sr. Manager and the EMEA Import Export Team with customs requests
• Support Customs / Intrastat audits for the all BU in Italy and in EMEA region
• Support Tax audits in Italy
• Manage the Intrastat reports in Italy with Intrastat Service provider and local authorities.
• Provide day to day assistance to business units on compliance with Customs and other government agencies.
• Execute import / export compliance activities such as commodity jurisdictions, product classifications,
• D2D customs operational issues take care that all documents, invoices, freight documents, Packaging list, T1 are compliant for customs clearance).
• Provide Product (HTS) classification in SAP system
• Archiving and record keeping of customs related documents
• D2D operational contact with broker, carrier, authorities and internal Lenovo departments

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in Customs
• Strong background in Import / Export and Intrastat
• MBA education in Logistics, Customs or similar field
• Italian language as native language; English language on fluent level
