We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QCx Document Controller (m/f/d) to join our Quality & Commissioning team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the data center industry. In this role, you will provide support to the Document Control Team, Project Manager and wider project team at our project site. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Daily use of the company's Document Management System (SharePoint system) and Project Electronic Document Management System (Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC) - becoming an expert in its use and a go to point for any assistance the team requires
  • Determine the document turnover process in line with customer and Exyte requirements for CSA and MEP systems in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teams
  • Conduct an initial quality check of documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before forwarding for technical review
  • Monitor and collate information on engineering deliverables such as technical submittals, red‑line drawings, RFI
  • Administrative document processing, tracking of documents and drawings, as well as filing of internal documents and documents from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Support project meetings by preparing presentations, taking minutes, and ensuring follow‑up on action items
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and cross‑functional teams as directed by the team lead or project manager
  • Preparation of evaluations on the status of documentation progress
Show your expertises
  • Degree in technical field (e.g., engineering, construction management, or related field)
  • Initial experience in document control or within a construction or engineering environment is a plus
  • Previous administration experience within Data Centers is a plus but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the quality & commissioning field
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Very good Italian and good English skills, both written and spoken
