SPARE PARTS PROGRAM MANAGER

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer : an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry. RAL 34.000€ - 38.000€.

Responsibilities :

The Spare Parts Program Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for Spare Parts within the ITR framework (from quote to execution), ensuring seamless end-to-end integration, with a focus on enabling touchless flows.

This role includes ownership of the roadmap for key supporting platforms (e.g., BPM, InSPIRe, and Oracle) and oversight of operational support related to these systems. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with Operational Excellence, GTS Rewiring, and digital technology teams to drive the implementation of the service infrastructure digitization strategy.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Be a strategic partner of the regional commercial, operations teams, and COEs to drive process consistency, simplification, and integration.
  • Support operational teams to define and achieve business targets on key process performance indicators.
  • Identify gaps or areas for improvement in processes and procedures and drive initiatives to address them.
  • Work closely with digital technology organizations to define and implement the digital strategy.
  • Be accountable for assigned programs regarding budget, execution timeline, change management, stabilization, and return on investment.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Background in IT, Operations, or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Energy industry preferred.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic objectives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
