What you'll work on

• Leading QA strategy and processes for the Arduino Cloud and Software team.
• Guiding a small team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Defining and monitoring key quality metrics for software products and services.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout development.
• Overseeing test plans and promoting test automation.
• Serving as the primary contact for software quality issues, working closely with product, support, and external teams.
• Establishing and maintaining a bug tracking process to ensure issues are documented and prioritized.

What you bring

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience leading QA teams and developing QA strategies.
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and testing types.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative ability.

Bonus Points

• Experience with backend API testing.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Knowledge of security testing or guidelines.
