A leading EPC contractor in Lombardy is seeking a Site Lead to manage construction projects. Responsibilities include defining construction schedules, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and organizing procurement activities. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in a similar role, good English skills, and the ability to relocate for projects. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in the dynamic Oil & Gas sector, contributing to significant engineering projects.

Competenze

Main Responsibilities

• Define the construction approach and develop the detailed construction schedule.
• Co‑operate in selecting subcontractors, awarding subcontracts, checking inquiry documents, preparing technical tabulations, and indicating the bid order of preference for technically acceptable bids.
• Act as first responsible for HSE: implement the Tecnimont HSE policy, HSE management system, and related performance objectives at site.
• Activate all organizational and logistic aspects of the site and manage allocated resources in agreement with the referenced Department.
• Ensure project, construction, and site management compliance with time schedule, cost, quality, and HSE.
• Manage the client contract according to the Project Manager’s guidelines and manage site subcontracts through site management personnel.
• Organize and develop procurement activities for locally purchased materials, guarantee continuity between construction completion and pre‑commissioning, and establish and check reporting for Head Office, Project Manager directives, and Client.
• Organize any corrective action required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, reduce delays, and bring costs back to budget levels.
• Prepare the site final report.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Good level of English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• Knowledge of EPC multidisciplinary activities is a must; knowledge of the principle Oil & Gas construction sequences.
• Availability to be relocated abroad for the entire duration of the assigned project.
• 4‑5 or more years of experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Organization, analytical approach, abstraction, synthesis skills.
