Responsibilities

• Design and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, supporting the definition of processes oriented to efficiency and quality of service, with the objective of improving performance and simplifying operations.
• Review IT & Cloud organizational and governance models, analyzing and transforming management models, contributing to make them more agile, effective and aligned to business needs.
• Design Data Center strategies oriented to performance and ROI, supporting the definition of investment and infrastructure consolidation plans, focusing on efficiency, scalability and economic return.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, contributing to the evolution of ITSM processes.
• Work with other ITSM tools such as BMC, Jira Service Management and USU.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of Cloud and Data Center strategies.
• Participate in digital transformation projects, focused on AI, Cloud and IT infrastructure.
• Support project management and adopt Agile methodologies.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and result-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in STEM disciplines, Management Engineering, Computer Science or Economics.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and configuration/development skills on the platform.
• Familiarity with other ITSM tools (BMC, Jira SM, USU).
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
• Basic Project Management skills.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud and Data Center.
• Good knowledge of English.
