The Service & Technical Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the post-sales technical area, providing support to the service network, and managing spare parts, warranties, and technical campaigns efficiently. The role leads the implementation of technical processes across the territory, in line with the manufacturer’s quality standards. In a start-up context, the manager is also responsible for defining and structuring post-sales processes, designing them in alignment with the brand positioning and Geely’s guidelines. In close collaboration with the Commercial Department, the role contributes to the selection and development of the service network, ensuring alignment with strategic and customer experience objectives.
