A leading medical device company is seeking a part-time Service Specialist to support Service & Repair operations in a remote role. To further develop our operations in Italy, we are looking for a part‑time, remote Service Specialist (no travel required). In this role, you will support our Service & Repair (S&R) operations and works closely with marketing, sales, and tender office teams. If you thrive in a cross‑functional environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are passionate about operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience working with Salesforce (Lightning and Classic), proven experience in Service & Repair operations or product/service support, and prior involvement in cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and the Tender Office.
