About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales – Influencer Marketing professional to join our team.

You will play a key role in expanding IDA’s client portfolio, strengthening relationships with top brands, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing, a deep understanding of the creator economy, and a proven track record in B2B sales—especially with marketing departments, brand managers, and media agencies.

We’re looking for someone strategic, results-oriented, and highly autonomous, who can pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.

What You’ll Do Business Development & Sales
  • Drive new business opportunities by identifying and approaching prospects in key verticals (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, food, etc.)
  • Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and agency partners
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and commercial proposals
  • Represent the agency in calls, meetings, events, and industry gatherings
