Senior Project Manager

1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026 contract

Our client who is a luxury fashion house in Italy are looking for a freelance Senior Project Manager to join the team in a busy period. The contract will be based in Milan from 1st December to 31st March including travel to Switzerland and France for shoots.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. The ideal candidate must have a luxury / fashion background and understand the nuances of working in this field.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in Milan and commit to the dates above.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Working with the wider team on shows and projects
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management in a luxury or fashion environment
• Previous experience in a luxury fashion houseDemonstrated ability to deliver to tight timelines
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
