Job Summary

As a Senior PM, you will own key parts of the product roadmap at the intersection of Regulation, Technology, and Business, using AI to increase decision speed.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap
  • Own vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy.
  • Data‑driven prioritization with AI insights.
  • Pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Execution & Delivery
  • Translate regulation into specifications, using AI drafting tools.
  • Backlog management, applying AI for grooming and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure compliance and certification standards are met.
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, sales, and compliance.
  • Champion AI adoption within the product org.
  • Mentor junior PMs and share best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands‑on Product Management experience.
• Domain knowledge in Fintech, RegTech, or compliance‑heavy SaaS.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work.
• Business acumen: understanding LTV, CAC, churn, and building business cases.
• Stakeholder management: ability to align Sales VP and Lead Engineer.
• Fluent English; German mandatory.
