We are looking for a Performance Controller, to be hired with a permanent contract within the Country Function Performance Controlling.

As a Performance Controller your mission will be to provide timely and accurate information that supports the company's strategic decisions and to focus on management reporting, controlling & business administration functions. Being part of a lead country, having exposure to multi-country, multi-cultural working, as well as a big picture approach, are important considerations.

Some of the main activities will be:
  • Coordinate the long term and short terms planning activities, gathering and validating figures from the other business unit functions/countries.
  • Drive the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget /forecast and identifying potential countermeasure. Identify ad hoc KPI for performance measurement.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders: business unit management, headquarter, sales and operation, country controlling
  • Actively drives internal digital transformation on financial reporting and the optimization / continuous improvement of financial processes, in coordination with local collaborators.
  • Support monthly closing activity in line with SFRG, reporting and cost controlling.
  • Manage resources within the performance controlling team.
  • Collaborate with and support all the other country Finance function: DI and SI and Central Functions.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have

  • Experience as Performance controller within a multimatrix organisation and ability to create a positive and proactive environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting principles. Proven track record of sales and cost controlling activities
  • Proven experience in use of SAP, nice to have experience in Qlick/PowerBI
  • Passion to never-stop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
