Vodafone Automotive is searching for a Programme Manager Lead to oversee complex, high-value programs within the Automotive or Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large international projects, strong leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with APQP and Agile methodologies is a plus. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, managing risks and budgets, and ensuring effective transitions to Operations. We're looking for a Programme Manager Lead to lead complex, high-value programs (avg. €Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver on-time, on-budget, and to scope.

Oversee risk, budget, and benefit realization throughout the program lifecycle.

Ensure smooth handover to Operations and conduct post-program reviews and lessons learned.

Proven experience managing large, international programs (ideally in Automotive or Insurance sectors).

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with APQP and contract negotiation.

MSP Programme Management qualification (nice to have)

Agile approach in large companies (nice to have)

Fluent in English
