This senior role involves overseeing project delivery and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in renewable energy project development, fluent in Italian and English, and will benefit from a flexible remote-based working arrangement and competitive compensation. Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in renewable energy project development in Italy.
• Strong track record delivering utility-scale solar, wind, and/or storage projects.
• Deep knowledge of Italian permitting, interconnection, and land frameworks.

Mansioni

• Lead execution of a large-scale renewable energy pipeline across Italy.
• Manage and develop a team of project managers, setting clear goals and budgets.
• Own relationships with key stakeholders including ministries and grid operators.
• Coordinate external partners such as consultants and advisors.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk management, and reporting.
• Act as the key interface between the Italian business and international HQ.
