A global engineering services provider in Italy is looking for a Semiconductor Reliability Engineer to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for reliability planning, execution, and data analysis. Ideal candidates should have a Master's Degree in Electronics or related fields, along with 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor projects and knowledge of semiconductor reliability. Teamwork spirit and familiarity with analysis tools are essential. This role contributes significantly to addressing complex engineering challenges.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor-related projects.
• Good knowledge of AECQ100 requirements.
• Basic knowledge of BCD technologies and Analog Electronics.

SEMICONDUCTOR RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Reliability plan (fine-tuning)
• Reliability execution
• Reliability data analysis
• Contribute to problem solving (from request to Failure Analysis lab to full 8D).

Skills Required

• Master's Degree in Electronic, Materials Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in semiconductor-related projects
• Good knowledge of semiconductor reliability and AECQ100 requirements
• Experience in statistics & drift analysis (before and after reliability stress, such as Thermal Cycle / HAST / HTOL) using corporate tools or JMP
• Basic knowledge of BCD technologies (plus mixed-signal up to 100V, e.g., 0.18nm) and Analog Electronics
• Basic laboratory instrument analysis (such as optical microscope, oscilloscope, etc.) knowledge
• Experience in Hardware / PCB board debugging will be considered a plus
• Team and services-oriented spirit.
