Your Challenge

Are you seeking a challenge where you don't just implement systems, but create real business value? As a Senior Consultant, you will take the technical and functional lead on complex S/4HANA Service processes and projects.

Main activities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: responsible for leading and delivering complete implementation cycles of SAP S/4HANA Service modules—from initial analysis to Go‑Live.
• Solution Design & Architecture: working closely with interdisciplinary teams, gather requirements and develop tailored, high‑quality solution designs.
• Expert Consulting: act as a trusted advisor to our internal business partners regarding S/4HANA functionalities, best practices, and current market trends in the Service sector.
• System Configuration: handle the professional adaptation and configuration of the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Knowledge Transfer: conduct workshops and training sessions, empowering our internal business partners and ensuring sustainable system usage.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience as an SAP S/4 HANA consultant, with a clear focus on service processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities—particularly in Service Management, Customer Service, and Field Service Management.
• Solid understanding of adjacent modules (SAP R/3 CS, PM, SD) and proven experience in integrating third‑party systems and platforms.
• Routine in full‑lifecycle implementations as well as experience with system upgrades.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• SAP certifications are a plus, though not mandatory.
• Passion to never‑stop growing.
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
• Eligibility to work in Italy.
